Award winning wine sourced from a boutique winery in the Barossa Valley with a history of producing some of the best, richest and complex reds in the region.
The producer engages sustainable grape growing practices from diverse cover crop selection to improve soil health and boost insect growth; to composting and undervine mulching; and introduction of beneficial predators for pest control.
The vines receive minimal irrigation and are pruned for vine balance, resulting in maximum fruit quality and varietal expression.
The rich combination of sweet, mouthfilling flavours is ideally suited to current consumption, however the wine will also reward careful short-term cellaring.
