Deep red in colour with bright purple hues, it displays aromas of forest fruits and plum with gentle spices. The palate exhibits a great purity of fruit with fresh red berries, spice and mocha.
This is a fine expression of Eden Valley Shiraz, with a balance of power and finesse.

| method | Originating from Millon\'s Pewsey Vale vineyard with an elevation of 550 metres. All fruits were destemmed, not crushed and tipped into open top fermenters. The fruits were then held at 10 - 15 degree Celsius for 3 days before allowing to warm and start fermentation. After 10 days on skins and pumped over twice daily, the wines were pressed into 10% new French oak puncheons and 90% seasoned French oak puncheons, where they matured for 15 months. No fining or filtration was used on this wine. |
