This generously aromatic Sauvignon Blanc displays lifted tropical fruits, wild jasmine flowers and citrus blossom.
The wine is a light straw colour with green hues. Concentrated flavours of passionfruit and lemongrass dominate the palate and is supported with crisp natural acidity.

| method | Sourced from our cool, high elevation vineyard in Eden Valley. This fruit was picked in the cool of night then delivered to the winery where it was gently pressed. It was then cold settled for 48 hours before been racked. Fermenting at cool temperature with a small number of solids allows us to create this textural perfumed wine. The wine was fermented dry, slightly fined, filtered then bottled. |
